Application Checklist
When applying for a Deposit Bond, you will need to attach the following additional supporting documentation with your signed application form.

| 5. Evidence of any funds required to put towards the purchase | |

| 6. Proof of your current income, including rental income if applicable | |

| 7. Copies of rates notices for other properties owned | |

| 8. Copies of mortgage statements | |
