Our refund policy is as follows:
Where an application has been declined, refunds of bond premium will be provided where payment has been received.
Once a bond has been issued, refunds of bond premium will not be provided, unless the original Deposit Bond is returned to our office within 30 days of issue.
Once a bond has been assessed, refunds of handling fees will not be provided under any circumstances. A handling fee of $249 will be retained to cover search and administration costs.
